The service
TellStaff turns your spoken or written description of a work process into a written guide using AI. Guides are drafts based on what you said; you are responsible for reviewing them before using them to train staff, especially for anything involving safety, food handling, chemicals, cash or legal compliance.
Credits
Guides are paid for with credits. One credit generates one guide; audio narration costs two credits. Credits are purchased one-time, are non-transferable, and do not expire. Free trial credits are provided at our discretion.
Refunds
If a generated guide is not useful, email us within 14 days and we will refund that credit to your account. Unused purchased credits may be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record.
Acceptable use
Don't upload content you don't have the right to use, and don't use the service to generate instructions for illegal activity. We may suspend accounts that abuse the free tier or the service.
Availability
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the guides.
