What we collect
Your email address (to sign you in and send receipts), the text of the processes you describe, the guides generated from them, quiz results submitted by people you share a guide with, and purchase records from our payment provider (Paddle). We do not store your card details; Paddle handles payment.
Audio
Audio you record or upload is sent to our speech-to-text provider to produce a transcript and is not stored by us afterwards. Only the transcript and the generated guide are kept in your account.
AI processing
Transcripts are processed by third-party AI providers (Anthropic; Cloudflare Workers AI; ElevenLabs for optional audio narration) solely to generate your guide and narration. They are not used to train models on your data under our agreements with those providers.
Sharing
Guides are private unless you create a share link. Anyone with that link can read the guide and submit a quiz result; you can revoke the link at any time.
We send login codes, receipts, and occasional product emails via Brevo. You can unsubscribe from product emails at any time; login codes and receipts are transactional.
Deletion
Delete any guide from the app. To delete your whole account and data, email ergin.bekar@gmail.com.
Hosting
Data is stored on Cloudflare's global network.
